Ride the Bike Week Train to the Weirs

The Lake Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad provides convient shuttle service to the Weirs from Lakeport and from Meredith during the Laconia Bike Week.

Enjoy a scenic ride along the lake on this historic railway that began service in 1843. If you are new to Laconia Bike Week, be advised that the bridge to the Weirs only allows motorcycle traffic to pass during the the Bike Week. The train provides an excellent alternative finding parking and then having to walk some distance to the Weirs.

There is a limited amount of free parking available at both stations. Experienced visitors to Laconia Bike Week know to arrive early at Meredith to catch the first train. You should check the schedule for departure times.
